Half the price and equal in quality and capability. Separate charger provided but can be charged with the Pentax charger. Pearlstone charger includes a lighter adapter making it usable practically anywhere.

This is being used as a spare but seems to work as long as the standard battery that came with the camera. Certainly worth buying so you have a second battery just in case.
