Hoodman 5.6" Monitor Hood for RED Cameras
The Hoodman 5.6" Monitor Hood for RED Cameras is designed to prevent unwanted glare from spilling onto the 5.6" LCD screen on your RED One, Epic, or Scarlet camera. Constructed of rigid plastic and rugged nylon, the hood allows more effective viewing of the monitor in daylight or under bright lights. Mounting is quick and easy using the elastic straps. When not in use, hood folds down flat for easy storage.

The Hoodman monitor hood does exactly what it's suppose to. I wouldn't want to shoot daytime exteriors without it. It's light weight yet robust and fits snugly and securely on the 5.6" monitor.
