Intelligent AUTO

Video Format Features

AVCHD: HD 1920 x 1080

  • Quality without compromise
  • Smooth motion playback thanks to 1080/60i support
  • Optimal playback for full HD compatible TVs
  • Ideal for capturing important memories and events

Standard definition: 720 x 480

  • For users viewing standard definition on their current TVs
  • Easy to edit without a high-spec computer
  • Extended recording times possible
Advanced Image Stabilizer
Camera-shake compensation is another important feature of a video camera. The Advanced Image Stabilizer (A.I.S.) expands the effective area at wide angle, delivering powerful compensation for camera shake. Now, you can enjoy stable results even if you're trotting alongside your subject
2-Way Grip Belt
The newly designed belt works both ways - as a standard grip belt or a convenient wrist strap. You can choose which way, to best match your style of shooting or carrying at any time
Face Sub-Window
Touch on a face on the LCD screen, and that face is automatically shown enlarged in a corner of the screen. So you can record both a group shot and a close-up of someone at the same time!
Time-Lapse REC
Time-Lapse REC records one frame at a time at set intervals (1-80 seconds). So you can watch movement that's hours long in just a few seconds when played back. It's great when you want to observe an event that takes place over a long period of time or to record unique-looking scenes in a creative way
Auto REC
When a subject enters the detecting area and the luminance changes, recording starts automatically. Recording continues as long as there is movement within the area and automatically stops after 5 seconds of no movement. You can use it like a surveillance camera or to observe something. Discover new ways to use the camera
Smile Meter
Just say cheese! The Smile Meter keeps an eye on how much your subjects are smiling, giving you a % display. With Smile Shot, the camera automatically takes a picture (in video mode) every time the smile % reaches a certain level. It's a great way to take group shots filled with smiling faces
Animation Effect
Choose the theme, and the camera automatically spices up your footage with animated fun graphics and effects while you record. Add an extra touch to make your memories look extra special
Everio MediaBrowser 3
Because it's built right into the Everio camera itself, the new Everio MediaBrowser 3 can be installed directly on your PC right after connecting via USB. No CD required!
Easy-to-Use Integrated Software
Everio MediaBrowser 3 is high-value software that provides everything from viewing, data management, simple video/stills editing, as well as easy sharing functions, within a single application
