Sufficient memory is not included.
Don't get caught without memory, get a high-capacity memory card.
A slender, compact body (3.7 x 2.1 x 0.7"/9.4 x 5.3 x 1.8 cm) with a Leica 4x wide-angle lens (28-112mm equivalent in 35mm format), combined with 14.1MP resolution and a 2.7" LCD monitor, and--Voila! A terrific, affordable little digital camera with everything you need in a compact digital camera.
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH2 Digital Camera (Black) also has lots of features you might not think of--like fast autofocus, fast start-up time, and a very short release-time (shutter) lag. And an iA (Intelligent Auto) mode that takes care of everything for you (except pushing the shutter button). Shooting beautiful movies in 1280 x 720 HD video is a snap, too--just push one button. Blurry pictures will be a distant memory with the FH2--sensitivity up to ISO 6400 plus MEGA O.I.S. image stabilization banishes those shaky images forever. You can even shoot up to 5.5 frames per second in Hi-speed Burst mode (recorded in 3MP resolution).
28 different Scene modes (Portrait, Soft Skin, Panorama, Baby 1 and Baby 2, Beach, Candle Light, etc.) will make sure you've got the optimal settings for all the most common photo subjects. 8 color modes (Standard, Vivid, Natural, Black & White, Sepia, Cool, Warm, and Happy) make it easy to get creative with color.

I bought this camera a few weeks ago, as an upgrade from a previous Lumix from a couple of years ago. They've made a lot of improvements, the lens is incredible (we're talking about a very affordable camera). The menus are all new, really easy to use and comes with lots of different modes... that I never use. But that's me. Again, great camera, smaller than previous ones.

Well I purchased this camera for on the go photos as well as very casual shots. Perhaps I was expecting way to much out of it, but the quality of the photos were usually sub-par no matter how I tried to adjust the camera. The most disappointing part was the dismal video quality which seems to have these vertical lines running through it distorting the picture and a lousy microphone. The other issue being that you cannot play the videos back in 720p on the camera itself, it cannot handle its own videos and lags, stutters, disappoints. The only way of getting around that is pulling out the memory card and inserting that to your computer directly (class 10 SD for those who were wondering, and tested other class 4's or 6's).
The only thing I feel this camera has going for it is the fact that it is very compact, but there are many other choices out there as well and I'd point anyone interested in the other direction instead of towards the Panasonic FH2. I honestly think this camera is nearly identical to the Panasonic Lumix S1 except for the additional scene modes, megapixel rating, and body. Do yourself a favor a take a look at the Lumix S1 and save some cash, or consider other cameras available from companies such as Casio, Samsung, etc.

First of all, please do not expect this camera can take the same quality picture as thousand dollar one. You only spend 100. It is a good one base on the money you spend. I only used it several times so far. Day time pictures are pretty good. I just felt the battery charging time a little bit long.

I really like my new camera. I still have to learn how to improve some photo shoots, but very happy with results so far. I wanted an ultra-compact under 150$ that did a good job, easy to use and that's what I got!!!

OMG, I LOVE this little camera! It takes the most beautiful, clear, colorful shots, I have ever experienced!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My son plays sports and I always end up missing the play, because my previous digital camera, would still show him blurred... not with THIS one!! It captures him, perfectly clear, in every shot!! Love, love, LOVE IT!! :)
