Fujifilm RVP 120 Fujichrome Velvia 100 Professional Color Slide Film offers the same superb color saturation and palette that have made Velvia 50 the film of choice for leading landscape and nature photographers - but with finer grain and twice the speed.
For anyone who likes to shoot nature and general scenics, this is the film for you. If you like your colors striking, this is the way to go. If you like ultra-fine grain, Velvia 100 is the film of choice. Velvia 100 will not only give you a high-contrast look but your hues will be reliably and accurately reproduced.
At both ends of the spectrum, you'll find the colors intense and possessing of an intensity not found in films at slower speeds. You can even use it for portraits and general commercial shooting but most folks find its strength lies outdoors. The improved color couplers help to maintain color fidelity in both natural and mixed lighting.
Note:*RMS granularity is the standard for measuring film grain: the lower the number, the smaller the apparent grain. **Read at a gross diffuse visual density of 1.0, with a 48-micrometer aperture

Comments about Fujifilm RVP 120 Fujichrome Velvia 100 Professional Color Slide Film:
I do a lot of scenic work here in Utah and the fine grain of Velvia film allows me to capture all the nuances of colors here in the west.
I have been using Velvia for years and have found it to give a more natural color rendering then anything I have used before.
Today analog printing is not available to me so when I digitally scan it in it does not take much adjustment to pull out the true colors on the slide.
When printing digitally the basic dyes and silver crystals in the slide can still be seen through a digital print. It simply adds richness to the print which cannot be captured by a digital camera.
I will be using this film until I can no longer photograph or Fuji stops producing Velvia 100 Professional Color Slide Film.

Comments about Fujifilm RVP 120 Fujichrome Velvia 100 Professional Color Slide Film:
I have been using Fuji's Velvia since its first introduction many years ago. I am shooting Velvia for its quality, color saturation and its detail.
I am currently using it for an archival film/art project that I am photographing called The Fresh Coast Project. I wouldn't let my work be photographed on anything else. It is simply the best.

I use this film in my Yashica-A Medium Format camera. The colors I get from this film are amazing, I would highly recommend trying this film. The colors are great and images are really sharp.

Use it for medium format macro photography, mostly insects and flowers.
Extra stop is really nice for natural light photography.
