Comments about Iomega ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD Media Player:
Entertainment is unlimited with the ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD media player. This media player comes with some interesting features like the WiFi adapter that is not normally available with other media players. There is no need to source for HDMI cable as it is part of the pack. Moreover the DX player comes with a plethora of sockets that makes it easy to connect to the player without having to search for compatible plugs.
What is the most attractive feature of the DX media player is the full internet browser that helps you to connect to the web. Now I am able to stream movies wirelessly. I also have access to Netflix. What more I was able to connect to my eGo blackbelt the moment I plugged in the device to my DX media player.

Comments about Iomega ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD Media Player:
I usually use ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD to browse
utube and play flash files in my hard drive.
Wireless connection and hardive is slow at turn on, after that it works fine.
Remote control is small and inconvenience to use.
I would like it to be a shape of standard remote TV.
Otherwise the ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD is a good product.
Comments about Iomega ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD Media Player:
Streaming internet videos on my high definition television was never so easy before. I have tried various other devices like USB drive, external hard drive among others to watch streaming videos that I have downloaded from the Internet but none worked as I wanted. It was then I decided to invest in Iomega ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD Media player, now I simply connect the device that contains the videos to my media player and sit and enjoy my videos in high definition.
Since the device is compatible with a number of media formats there is no hassle of converting into a compatible format. Just connect to the device and sit back and watch your favorite piece of entertainment in 1080p HD quality.

Works as advertised but needs slow motion and single frame advance options for video playback. Manufacturer tech support stated that this unit had slow motion capabilities but once unit was received I discovered it had no slow motion video option.

Comments about Iomega ScreenPlay TV Link DX HD Media Player:
I bought this product because it contains a web browser so you can (ideally) surf the internet with it (basically use it as a PC without spending the price of a PC). It was a disappointment - as the browser is very slow and it can only play video from a few web sites. It will work with a wireless mouse - very helpful while browsing the web as the directional keys on the remote are very ackward to use.
However if you are just looking for a media player then it's as good as any. It costs more than my WD TV Live but it includes a USB 802.11b/g/n dongle and a HDMI cable.
I hope future firmware updates will drastically improve the browser performance.
