The Samsung SMX-F50 Flash Memory Camcorder is an affordable way to capture the moments of your life on video. This entry-level standard def cam will get you on the web thanks to the Intelli-Studio 2.0's sharing functions and convenient flash memory storage. Other highlights of the F50 include a 2.7" LCD, time-lapse recording, and 65x Intelligent zoom. Additionally, the F50 also offers up Smart Background Music. With this feature you can add one of a preloaded soundtrack to your video for playback.

- 2.7" LCD touch panel display gives you a clearer picture of what you are shooting. - Smart Background Music
- During playback, add music to your movies without overwhelming the words. The Smart Background Music feature lets you add one of the preloaded soundtracks to your video. If the system senses someone is speaking, it automatically lowers the volume of the music
- Time-Lapse Recording
- Still frames are taken at preset intervals and put together in sequential order to create a video file that speeds up the slow passage of time
- Record Pause Function
- The Record Pause function lets you briefly pause while recording, yet still create one continuous file for easy uploading to social networking sites. No more need to merge separate files for editing before uploading
- Intelli-Studio 2.0
- Built-in advanced editing software gives you the freedom to play, edit and share files on any PC. Intelli-Studio even starts up automatically. Simply plug into any PC via the USB input

Poor video image quality, grainy, fuzzy, etc..Auto focus is slow and not accurate. Hot spots in field of view through it off. White balance is poor at best, nonresistant at worst. It has enough resolution for a you tube video but that is about all. It was on sale when I bought it, but should have purchased my original choice[...].
