Want to capture great moments on video, but don't want to break the bank? Let me introduce the Coby CAM3002 SNAPP Mini Camcorder. This pocket cam is not only light on your wallet, it's also easy to use. Simply point and shoot! A 1.8" LCD lets you frame each scene and gives you a screen to play back your footage. If you want to record yourself the screen flips out, making it easy to include yourself in the video too. In addition, 4x digital zoom lets you get up-close and personal with your subjects. Just pop in an SD/SDHC memory card and the included 'AA' batteries to start making memories!
When you're done shooting the included muvee software helps you edit and upload your footage to social media sites, like YouTube and Facebook. Should you desire to share your footage on the big screen, meaning your TV, the camera comes with an A/V cable. The CAM3002 also comes with a handstrap and a carrying case.

Comments about Coby CAM3002 SNAPP Mini Camcorder:
I bought this for my wife's 3-week trip to Belgium because it was inexpensive enough to try out. Turned out it was perfect for her. Very few controls - which she loved - simple to operate and easy to carry and use. Good quality pictures and video AND sound. I supplied her with a 16GB SDHC card and spare batteries for her trip and she didn't need the extra batteries. She took a couple of hours of mostly short videos and some still pictures, came home and played them all on the tv and all on the same 2 lithium batteries. We still haven't replaced the batteries and it still has one bar left and 1.5 - 3 hrs left on the SDHC card. Not much difference in picture quality on the 640 or 320 settings. Suprisingly EXCELLENT value. I was so pleased I bought another one for myself.
For the price and quality it doesn't need anything else. The only improvement I can think of is that the ON/OFF button should be recessed. It turns on somewhat easily in your pocket or purse, but it turns itself off automatically soon enough that it doesn't seem to discharge the batteries much. Picture quality not good in low light, but so what.
We love it! Can't understand why everyone doesn't own one.

We bought this for a ski trip and didn't end up using it because it was as big as an iphone which was always availiable, but was very low quality.
It feels like a toy.
Could be great for kids.

Good little camera. Easy to use, small and lightweight. The best part about it is the price an the fact that you can play recorder videos right on your TV! My cell phone camera is better but it cost much more. I bought it w/ a 2 year protection plan through B&H.

Comments about Coby CAM3002 SNAPP Mini Camcorder:
Works Ok out of the box, not much on controls, easy to use & transfer to your pc - avi comes out ok for the resolution, good for just plain family stuff or small snippets on the road type stuff - down side is not good at low lux, better in daylight, doesnt capture fast moving close objects well, but for general stuff it's really OK
