The Coby CAM5002 SNAPP HD Camcorder offers up 1280 x 720 high def recording and point and shoot ease, all without breaking the bank! Capture HD video and 5.0MP stills to share on social media sites or your TV with this pocket cam. HDMI and composite output connections let you send your footage to the big screen, while the included muvee editing software helps you edit and share online.
The CAM5002 is SD/SDHC compatible (also 32MB internal memory) for uncomplicated storage of your footage. While you're shooting, the 2.0" LCD display gives you a place to compose and review your video and still images. When you want to get up-close to your subjects the camera's 4x digital zoom helps you do just that. In addition, an LED video light helps you record in low light situations. The CAM5002 gives you uncomplicated recording without compromising your budget.

This was very cheap, but I still had higher hopes, based mostly on reviews I had seen. The device feels very, very poorly made - both due to the feather weight and due to the apparent quality of the plastic and buttons. It's generally easy enough to use. However, changing some of the settings can be a little difficult. The instructions that come with it are NOT inclusive. Not surprisingly, it doesn't do too well in basement lighting, but that's not really a knock - just a fact of this type of device.
Overall, I suppose it's basically "get what you pay for" territory, but I still can't help feeling a little bit jilted.
