Reading .pdf files is hit and miss because the product changes orientation of the screen on its own even after it has been set up another way. Instruction booklet is less than acceptable.

I decided I would read the classics already loaded on the reader. Currently reading about Benjamin Franklin. I'm mostly a commuter reader that gives me about 30 - 40 minutes each way. Weekends I still like to read a hard coverbook. The ebook is easy to use sitting or standing on transit. I like the the screen better than the other ebooks I tested. No eye fatigue.
Fits comfortably in my small carry bag.
Have used to display photos, very happy with colour and side of display.
Have not listened to music as yet.
Cons the cover is just a sleeve I would rather have a flap to contain the ebook.

As always, you get what you pay for. This device was reasonably priced. It does not have wifi, so I had to live with the software that was installed on it (I'm not sure if it is possible to sideload apps onto it). The ereader was OK; no bookshelf or any real way of organizing my books. I basically had to scroll through all my books to find one I wanted to read The videos displayed surprisingly well for such an inexpensive device. The video player lacked any kind of controls for fast forward or bookmarking. For the price it was acceptable, but I sent it back. I would like more controls when I am watching a video and more options for the ereader.

I use it daily mostly to view watch converted videos as it's thin, light, easy to carry. The ebook features are adequate and compatible with major formats. i never purchase books and why when there's so many for free on the web. battery life is anywhere from 4-8hrs depending on video format but for reading it's pretty long and adequate.
