Samsung's PL170 DualView Digital Camera (Black) lets you get in on the fun: the PL170 features a 1.5" LCD screen on the front of the camera, so if you're in a photo, you (and everyone else in the picture) can see how it looks before it's taken. Then, turn the camera around to review the picture on the brilliant 3" LCD screen on the back. The PL170 even has a Children mode with built-in and downloadable animation options for the front screen, to keep the kids' attention, and a visual countdown for the self-timer so everyone in a group will smile at the same time.
With 16MP of resolution, a 5x wide-angle 26-130mm optical zoom lens, and dual image stabilization, the results will be stunning. Shooting high definition (HD) 1280 x 720p video is simple and easy, and the quality is dazzling. Smart Filters offer lots of creative options like Tilt & Shift Lens effect for a miniaturized look, Soft Focus for softer colors and a dreamy feeling, and Half-Tone Dot for a comic book look. The Magic Frame feature gives you a choice of frames that bring a different feeling to your photos. Smart Face Recognition technology and the Perfect Portrait System make all of your photos of people sparkle. Fairly intuitive and easy to operate. Everything is as advertised however I did find the auto flash setting a tad slow in determining the scene. Other than that, it's a handy point and shoot.

If you're looking for a camera with a front display for a great price. This is the one. There are also many functions available. The only thing I found that was not great is the battery door is flimsy and can be easily broken if not careful.

Best thing is the size and the front LCD... makes taking self portrait coup shots a piece of cake.
It has a ton of options which makes this feel like a grown up camera, and not just a toy. It is a very clean 16mp camera.
