A high-resolution 14MP CCD sensor and a powerful 5x wide-angle 26-130mm optical zoom lens combine for superb image quality, which you can view clearly on the 2.7" Intelligent LCD display. Shooting 1280 x 720p HD video is push-button simple, and digital image stabilization eliminates blurring or shaking caused by shaking hands and slow shutter speeds--delivering crisp images every time.
In addition, the ST90 features Smart Filter lens and color effects, Smart Face Recognition, intelli-studio (that allows using any PC with the ST90), Samsung’s unique Magic Frame, and Smart Auto, which gives you optimal settings every time, for any situation--all you have to do is press the shutter button.

5 weeks after I bought this camera, the lens mechanism stopped working. I sent it in for repair and Samsung promptly replaced the camera with an upgraded, brand new model. It was unfortunate that I needed warranty repair so soon after purchasing the camera, but Samsung's customer service was EXCELLENT....a rare quality in a company these days!
