The Samsung SCV-3120 High-resolution WDR Vandal-resistant Dome Camera, with A1 chipset and 1/3" vertical double density interline CCD image sensor, delivers clear images in various environments and offers a resolution up to 600TVL / 700TVL (color / b&w). A minimum illumination of 0.7 lux at f/1.2 (color) makes the camera suitable for low-light surveillance. The camera with varifocal lens (3.6-44.3 mm) offers 12x optical zoom, and 16x digital zoom for precise monitoring.

Featuring SSDR (Samsung Super Dynamic Range), the SCV-3120 camera balances the overall brightness by illuminating the darker areas to the same ratio as the bright areas, and produces clear images under high-contrast lighting conditions. WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) is used to correct extreme lighting environments marked by high-contrast and harsh backlit scenes. Backlight compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light.

The high-resolution camera with Day&Night ICR (infrared cut filter removal) function allows you to switch between color and B&W as per changes in ambient lighting, ensuring accurate color reproduction in daylight and enhanced B&W images at night. With 2D/3D filtering noise reduction technology (SSNRIII), the SCV-3120 camera offers color images in dimly-lit areas with reduced noise in the picture, thereby saving storage space. Automatic gain control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level, and auto white balance adjusts the red and blue signals by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors.

Using DIS (Digital Image Stabilization), the SCV-3120 camera offers steady pictures by compensating for any camera movement caused by external stimuli. Privacy masking allows you to mask up to 12 user programmable zones of a scene for privacy reasons. Camera control using the video coaxial cable allows to remotely setup the camera, thus offering ease of installation and remote adjustment in real time. The multi-language OSD (On-screen Display) offers intuitive and convenient interface for easy operation.

Being weather-resistant (IP66-rated), the SCV-3120 Vandal-resistant Dome Camera is protected against water and dust. It features an aluminum die-cast chassis that provides unparalleled durability under high impact, and includes 2 types of installation – flush and surface mount.
