After looking at reviews here and around the web, I did some research via Sony and a wonderfully informative rep at B&H.
I had a concern about the Specs of the television and its' true refresh rate. The packaging and features area states "MotionFlow 240" which implies 240Hz, which is true, but is simulated.
Sony's SonyStyle site lists the Display's Frequency refresh rate at 120Hz, but as the B&H representative stated, the processor in the television basically duplicates images and inserts them in the frames per second to simulate from 120 to 240...(which is somewhat standard, but not true 240Hz)
***Note, most games, movies, television programs will not demonstrate much of a difference between 120 & 240Hz anyhow, but there is a huge difference between 60 & 120Hz.
Picture quality is great, but if you want to use this for internet, plan on being frustrated and have to purchase internet adapters and updating the firmware.

This is our second SONY HD TV just finished connecting it to the internet and our surround sound system, I took the advice to use the best connecting cables and it is absolutely breathtaking, so much so that we are planning to buy a new couch and a new TV stand to match the beauty of this TV, I am still discovering an internet world I never new existed
