Does what it is supposed to do quietly. Only complaint is the laptop slides on it. I put a couple of rubber pads on the cooling pad where the laptop "feet" go to get a better grip. Seems to work good now.

This is exactly what I expected - the fan cools without making any noise whatsoever and the device is very light. The only small flaw in my opinion is that the edges are not as smooth as they could be.
