Delkin Devices Snug-It Pro for the Nikon D7000
The Snug-It Pro for the Nikon D7000 from Delkin is a custom-manufactured product that provides a protective shell that surrounds the camera. The non-sticky silicone-molding fits snugly around the machine but still permits full access to the controls, sensor, battery and memory card compartments. It has a smooth texture that permits a firm, comfortable grip. The skin fits tightly around the camera body and hot shoe but leaves the lens area free for rapid removal of the lens. Access to the battery and memory card compartments will also be easily available.

FITS PERFECTLY! I love the Snug it Pro for the D7000. The bottom is open so you can get to the battery and the side is open so that you can get to the memory cards. The only thing I do not like about this product is that the buttons are all black where the camera buttons are black with white writing. It is difficult to see what it reads if you are in a dark area. Other than that, it is a great product and the camera is protected when it is not in a case.

If you want to protect your camera I guess is Ok.
I have a D7000 and when they say that it fits as a glove they should specify what kind of glove.It fits closer to a dish washing glove than a surgical glove .
The fit is not that tight , the material does not have the best grip , is hard to operate the camera push buttons thru this piece particullarly the selection track pad and menu. You feel that you are pressing something but in reality you are pressing something else.
The buttons functions names are embossed in the black silicone material that it is made of, so everything is black making it hard to see .
The Flash shoe mount for this snug-it keeps getting de-attached .
Overall is a good concept but it needs to be improved to make it more usefull .

I applied this right when I bought the camera. It seemed slippery at first and I was worried I might drop the camera. Also the bottons are hard to see because they are black on black indentations. My finger started to hurt from pressing the main botton on the back.
Pros. it fits perfect. After I used it for a while I got used to it and like it. The dust really does not stick to it and just wipes of-especially since I store it in a sock.

Nice protection for the camera but, even with the grip matted for traction, the overall surfaces are very slick. I would make sure that your camera strap is always behind your head when using this. It fits will with a battery pack on the bottom since it does not have a bottom rubber like the Camera Armor did. Camera Armor does not make a skin for the D7000 yet.

I have used Camera Armor on several bodies and loved it. It is not available for the D7000, so I ordered this one. You would think that all silicone skins would be about the same, but this one just does not fit right. My second complaint is the "finish" - its slippery which may not be the best thing since you are putting it on an expensive DSLR...

Ever since I got my Nikon D7000 I kept looking for the camera skin, similar to the one I bought for my D80 couple years ago. I am so happy with it as I don't have to be so careful when placing down anywhere.

The fit is perfect this is very nice addition to my Nikon D7000, if you buy together with your new camera don't rush to attached straps to camera first you need to put this sleeve and then straps OK, anyway if you planning outdoor shooting and your are not most careful guy, plus you planning to sell you camera in 3-5 years without loosing much values due to scratches this will be not bad thing to have

"Skin" is too thick and does not fit tight enough. The edges do not conform to the camera's contours, thus leaving gaps between the camera and the "skin". It is a good idea in need of better execution.
