Comments about Samsung PN51D7000 51" Plasma 3D HDTV:
I researched flat screen TV's for three months before settling on this set. I started my search convinced I wanted an LED TV, but found myself drawn to the superior picture quality of the PND7000 series. The picture quality is amazing. The colors are extremely rich and true to life. I found that the "Relax" picture setting seems to be a good balance on brightness, as the "Standard" setting (intended to save energy) is a little too dim. And if you are drawn to LED sets because of their brighter picture, the PND7000 can accommodate you with its "Dynamic" setting.
As with any plasma set, reflection is slightly greater than with an LED, but the PND7000 compensates with a new system that allows ambient light to sink deeper into the screen while the TV outputs a higher contrast. While not as efficient as an LED with a mat screen, it works pretty well. If you have off-angle seating, you can't beat this TV. Off angle viewing is exceptional, better even than most other plasmas. I also found the sound on this set to be better than most flat screen TV's I viewed.

Comments about Samsung PN51D7000 51" Plasma 3D HDTV:
I use this tv for watching Netflix and hulu mainly. The streaming service works great! The only snag with watching Netflix is that it always tries to get the best picture quality possibly by your connection to the Internet which will cause it to blink if you don't have a stable internet connection. It's not a huge problem though. Just a little annoying from time to time. The 3D works very well and even makes the picture quality appear more crisp and detailed. I will definitely be holding on to this one for as long as it lives!
