The LaCie Advance Care Service Level 2 provides technical support for your defective product, and ensures you get back to work and secure your data faster. After a Technical Support representative identifies that your product needs to replaced, the replacement product will be shipped to you by LaCie. In addition, the customer is not required to pay any freight cost or send the drive initially. The Level 2 service covers Big Disk Quadra, 2big Network, Big Disk Network, 2big Network (2-disk RAID), d2 Blu-ray 8x, 2big Network 2, 2big Quadra, 2big USB 3.0, Little Big Disk Quadra, and d2 Blu-ray 12x storage products.

Note: Advance Care Option can be purchased on the LaCie online store or at your LaCie Reseller within 30 days of your original purchase date. All products with at least a 3-year warranty are eligible for the LaCie Advance Care Option.
