Watching on a 3D compatible TV or other monitor, or even on the camera's 3.5" LCD, you can relieve all your memories as they move off the screen and come to life all around you.
Of course, in addition to the 3D capture, the TD1 also gives you full 1920 x 1080p high definition capabilities as well. The 2D video you record with the TD1 will not only be future-friendly, but stunning detailed and vivid. And the TD1 also captures digital stills - making it a true 3-in-1 device! No matter how you chose to document the world around you, the TD1 stores every bit of information to either its 64GB internal flash memory or to optional SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards.
When it comes to the functions of the camera, the TD1 offers up an Advanced Image Stabilizer for both 2D and 3D recording, along with various zoom modes in both formats. Use 5x optical in 3D, 10x optical in 2D, and 200x digital in 2D. The camera's two 1/4.1" CMOS sensors and Twin HD GT lenses of course act as the heart of the camera. Other useful core features include 34Mbps (in 3D) and 24Mbps (in 2D) high bit rate recording, 3D sound - thanks to JVC's BIPHONIC technology - and excellent night and low light recording with Super LoLux.
The TD1 also features a number of shooting controls that help to take the guesswork out of recording. Controls like Auto REC, Intelligent AUTO, and Smile Meter are just a few of the ways you can allow the camera to take over while you enjoy the event. When you're done shooting for the day, the camera comes with JVC's Everio MediaBrowser 3D software. This software not only helps to you to edit your footage, but it also helps you to upload to social media sites like YouTube and Facebook.
