I love this add-on. I am taking advantage of the new visual spectrum I get on my Kodak Playsport, which is really worthwhile. The only thing to be careful about is the magnet used on the camera lens is a bit weak which can fall of like it has happened to me, not like the magnet on the carrying attachment which is very powerful.

The increase of lens angle is substantial, yet the distortion isn't too bad, and the quality of the footage and the light is good. I'll mainly be using the lens to simulate for instance surveillance camera angles.
The magnet solution is clever, but isn't very strong, so the lens, being made of metal and thereby heavy, may fall off easily. I would have liked to see a metal loop on the lens itself so it could be better secured.
I was initially unlucky because my lens came cracked in the mail, but as usual, B&H exchanged it swiftly.

Useful accessory for my Kodak Zi8 camcorder to widen the shot but am doubtful about sharpness and how well it fits onto the camcorder lens. This is due to the fact that its a magnetic attachment which can shift slightly, causing the lens axes to be slightly shifted, causing loss of detail.
