Lowepro Quick Case 100 (Black)
The black Quick Case 100 from Lowe Pro is a lightweight and reliable way to carry your digital camera. It's appearance gives us a taste of what old-style camera cases used to look like. The back flap flips open, your camera pops out and you're ready for the shot while the case swings harmlessly from its tether.
When tucked inside, your camera fits snuggly within the case protected from bumps, abrasions and various contaminants. Outside, you'll find a hybrid nylon composition along with some stylish leather. Inside, you'll be treated to a soft and supportive lining that won't scratch your delicate LCD screen.

doesnt fit perfectly, a bit big. the battery compartment not located well - at the head of the case so when you close it, it hits the lens and extends the whole case.

One has to first keep in mind this case is meant for quick and easy access. While it offers the most protection without getting in the way of the perfect unexpected shot. Great to have when walking around the city or at events offering protection in between shots.
I would also highly recommend the Lowepro Toploader Zoom 45 AW!! My camera (Sony NEX-5n) Fits w/ the Quick Case 100 perfectly into this case when traveling. If you need more all around protection while remaining light and mobile, its a must buy!

The case provides basic protection for your camera. Access to your camera is very easy because it uses magnets to close the case.
However the magnets are not very strong and it happened that the case flips open unintended. There is no immediate risk to your camera because the case can be connected around the camera strap so you don't drop the camera or loose the case but design could be improved.
Case only for use with system camera up to 55mm lens.

This case will be completely off camera in split second, fastest of a a kind, allowing you to catch unexpected action before its over. Fits any micro-four-thirds camera. Don't know if it comes off fast from large SLRs. This could not accommodate my long zoom lens, I will have to buy a bigger model.

I like that this is a sturdy case but for me it's a bit awkward. I suppose I'll get the hang of it after a while. I feel as though the camera is going to fall out even though I know it won't. And then it's like a puzzle to put it back in. But, as I said, I'll get used to it with more practice.

Recommended this case for a new Panasonic Lumix GF2 by a sales agent, I found it to be insecure (only two weak magnetic closures keep it from swinging open!), too large for the Lumix, lacking in much cushioning, and not at all impressive in any redeeming way. I give it a thumbs-down.
