The black Quick Case 120 from Lowe Pro not only provides your camera with excellent protection from bumps and abrasions, but allows you "get the shot" quickly. The magnetic back flap opens quickly so you'll always be at the ready to shoot. Designed to hold your DSLR with an 18-55 zoom (or something similar in size), this case will serve you well for shooting a simple family function or a day hike in the country.
The exterior is a combination of a tough hybrid nylon along with stylish leather trim. Inside, you'll find thick padding that is complimented by a soft interior lining. Your LCD screen will be protected and your lens won't get scratched. Dust and other contaminants will be minimized.
The bag is unique in that it comes with a functional "tether" that secures to the camera's strap so that when you shoot, you won't have to worry about where to place the case. It will hang effortlessly until you are ready to store the camera again. In addition, there is a spacious accessory pocket for batteries. The Quick Case 120 also comes with a handy microfiber cloth for cleaning purposes.
Style, functionality and reputation make the Quick Case 120 a real contender for an affordable case for your DSLR.

Comments about Lowepro Quick Case 120 (Black):
The whole point of this case is that it protects your gear while being tiny itself. Well, as tiny as possible for a DLSR. As advertised, it's sized for an 18-55mm kit lens, but I want to use it primarily with the nice all-around Canon 28-135mm. This combination does manage to fit (attached to a Canon 400D), but just barely. You need to carefully position the lens in the case, but it will indeed close and "latch" (two pairs of magnets hold the rear flap shut). The built-in lens cap holder struggles to accept the 28-135's 72mm cap, and I have the feeling that repeatedly forcing it will lead to premature failure of the stitching holding that elastic in place. However, pocketing the cap is easy. The zippered pocket on the outside of the case nicely fits both a spare memory card and a spare battery. With it all closed up, my overall feeling is that the case provides the protection expected (scrape resistance and minor padding) while being nearly as small as possible. If you plan to wear the camera on your back the whole time you're out, I don't think you really need a case at all (though this would work). But if you want that minimal padding to keep it safe in your stroller's cargo bay or whatever, then this is the case for you. I just wish Lowepro made a 140 model that was longer by an extra half an inch.

Product does what is advertised. I am able to access my camera quickly. No more unzipping or unsnapping. The magnetic "snaps" hold secure enough to keep the camera inside, but allow quick removal. When your ready to shoot, the case will almost fall off the camera, but only after you release the rear flap. This case uses the camera's strap. In other words....you are still holding the camera by its strap, not a strap on the case. This gives me a sense of security. The only negative, if you want to call it that, would be the "leash" to keep the case attached to the camera's strap while taking photos. Great idea, but not practical in real life. Canon XTi with 18-55mm lens.

I usually leave my house with one lens. This case is very durable, especially around the nose where your lens end is. The case doesn't fit as snug at the end so you can fit extra batteries without having to worry if it will cram the camera. I usually keep the camera in this and in my purse. The fit it amazing! If i were to travel far, i make sure my purse is very sturdy. There are hidden compartments which comes in handy~!
