if you carry it in a purse than you have a winner. I was lazy to return it and just got a Lowwpro case which is perfect for the s9100.

BIG BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT ! NO BELT LOOP ! A waste of money ! Way too large for P300 or P310 - Light year away from a "perfect" fit. I would recommend this only to my worst enemy !

The case is of high quality, but Nikon's description of a "perfect fit" is open to your definition of perfect. The case allows the 9100 to move around quite a lot inside the case, and the magnetic flap does not instill confidence the camera won't exit unexpectedly. Also, the elastic on the sides of the case are to long and do not provide that "snug" fitting you would enjoy.
Nikon should design their cases for each specific camera, not for a couple of series of products with similar dimensions.

When I opened the Nikon camera case packaging, my first reaction was one of "I paid how much for this?" It strikes me as being overpriced by about 30%, but it is a good protective case for the viewfinder of the D9100 camera for which it was bought. I had hopes that I could carry my spare battery and charger for the camera, but it's not nearly big enough for that. Nice case, but a little pricey!

I have the Nikon S9100 camera. This case is a bit too big for the camera that it's supposed to fit. I could live with that except this case doesn't have any belt loop, clip or anyway to put it on your belt or attach it to a bag. It's useless.
