The Hello Kitty Digital Video Camcorder with Preview Screen (Red) from Sakar features an industry-leading cuteness factor and a flip-out 1.5" LCD preview screen that hews to the most sophisticated in kid-ergonomics. A digital zoom of 4x lets your little ones zoom into all those mysterious, enticing things around the house that they can't reach – yet.
The Hello Kitty camcorder includes an AV cable, so your budding Sofia Coppola can hold screenings in the living room. And with the right capacity SD card (sold separately) in the camera's slot, those precious sessions can go on for hours!
Perhaps you've got an emerging Robert Rodriguez on your hands – you know, the one who's behind the camera telling the talent what to do, and then, once the footage is in the can, scoots right over to the computer to start cutting. If that's the case, the Hello Kitty camcorder has her covered with the included USB cable and Snap N Share Pro software, which lets her organize clips and add special effects.
Note! The included software is Windows-only. For Mac users, the included USB cable will allow you to transfer files from the camcorder to your system.

My daughter just brought it from her 7th bday $$$, during our vacation in a different city. I didn't really like it since it is a no return or exchange policy once it is open and for it's price. My daughter really wants it and she talk me into letting her buy it. Didn't purchase a warranty. We didn't know it required a SD card, therefore I brought her one, once we returned home from vacation. Powered up and tested for 2 minutes. Sat it down. Later, my daughter decided to use it and it does not work. It powered up, but no display and no functions work. Life lesson for her and $$$ down the drain.

My sister just had a baby and her first minutes of life were documented using the hello kitty camcorder. Because of the camera being so small, it never got in the way and was so easy to use. The only bad thing was the low memory capacity. We would have loved to record for a much longer time that is available.
