The Aqua Tech Pistol Grip 1206 Shutter Release for Aqua Tech Housings allows an underwater photographer to steer the housing and trigger the shutter release with a single hand. The epoxy pistol grip has been redesigned to produce a lighter, more ergonomic piece. Furthermore, a redesigned two-stage switch enables both focusing and firing the shutter using one button.
The Pistol Grip 1206 works with all current Aqua Tech housings. The grip includes all mounting hardware and wiring, including the waterproof shutter-release switch and cable release. Installation is extremely simple.
The pistol grip does not feature auto-focus control; when using the pistol grip, zone focus will produce sharper and more consistent images.
