It's when you fire it up, however, that it becomes obvious that the TC-P60ST30 is at the frontier of a flat panel breakthrough which turns traditional passive viewing into a completely interactive experience with a radically immersive element: 3D.
Panasonic uses Full HD Frame Sequential technology to create its 3D images. Images recorded in 1920 x 1080 pixels for both the right-eye and the left-eye. When you view the screen through active-shutter glasses that open and close each lens in sync with the alternating images, you see breathtaking Full HD 3D pictures with stunning power and realism.
Vividness is the key word in the TC-P60ST30's design. Besides 3D, the 600Hz Subfield Motion technology ensures action with striking clarity while gamers will appreciate the 1080 lines of moving-picture resolution coupled with Game Mode which optimizes contrast and sharpness and accelerates image processing.

Hi speed wi-fi works REALLY well.
Speaker quality is a bit of an issue, but that's what the THX system is for! Trying software updates to address a picture quality issue, but they haven't entirely resolved that yet.
Great item for the money. Overall, very happy.

This is my first review but thought it was worth writing. After my searching I choose B&H for other great reviews they had not to mention the best price found for this plasma. Service is top notch as I recieve many confirmation emails of product transit status. TV showed up on time and witout incident. This is my second Panasonic and although I was not looking for a 3D set I could not pass on the price. In my research I learned that this 3D has better black level processing than its 2D brother and I can say it is fantastic. There is nothing that is disappointing about the TV itself. I will say though that folks with large movie collection that are looking to stream them via DLNA will be some what disappointed as it is very buggy. I am not an expert but I think its due too it being such a unmature technology. Summary, great TV and reseller.

Almost everything about this TV is great! I did a lot of research among the different models and finally decided on this one. Had I the money I wouild probably have gone with a high end LED, but, for the money, this is a great buy and I am very satisfied so far.
Cons: One thing that is a little annoying and that's the super reflective glossy black 2" trim around the TV. A matte finish would have been less distractive for background lights. The sound is adequate, but, what do you expect for these types of tv's. For HD you gotta have the theater sound to go with it anyway. So expect to install a good theater sound system for the ultimate effect.
