The Toshiba 750GB Canvio USB 3.0 Portable External Hard Drive (Black with Silver Accents) offers a digital storage capacity of 750GB and blazing transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps. It's compact, bus-powered, and has an internal shock sensor and anti-slip rubberized side grip for added durability and protection. Since it's bus-powered, you can easily take it wherever your laptop goes. For security, Toshiba includes preloaded backup software and 256-bit hardware encryption. You can customize your backup preferences and schedule, set a password and the Canvio will even remind you when it's running out of backup space. If needed, the USB 3.0 interface is backward compatible with a USB 2.0 interface. It's ready to go right out of the box and is certified to work with Windows XP, Vista and 7.
