The LG Electronics BD650 3D Blu-ray Disc Player With Wi-Fi is a full HD 1080p disc player that supports playback of Blu-ray 3D discs, home networking capabilities and online streaming of additional entertainment.
Take advantage of the capabilities of your HDTV with this disc player. It supports Blu-ray 3D disc playback in stunning full HD 1080p resolution (this means 1920 x 1080 pixels). Get into the action of your favorite movies with the intense, wraparound visuals of 3D movies in full HD, along with the necessary 3D accessories. Since it upscales DVDs to near-HD quality, you can get the most out of your collection of all your standard DVDs as well.
Connect to an available Wi-Fi connection within in the range of this disc player when you use it with the required Wi-Fi adapter. Once you're connected, you've just granted yourself access to loads more entertainment options. This player offers support for LD SmartTV, so you get access to thousands of movies, customizable apps, and videos at your fingertips. It also supports BD Live 2.0 for online interactive extras like chats, games and quizzes, and supports the BONUSVIEW picture-in-picture function.
If you download the SmartPhone LG Remote App, you can command all of this entertainment with your phone for more flexible control. The BD650 also is DLNA certified for easy networking and sharing between other DLNA certified products.

I bought this player which only worked for 5 discs until it began to have major problems. It had difficulty reading discs, even ones that are brand new. Very dissapointing.

I use it for netflix streaming, netflix dvd and 3d bluray. I also stream Photos, videos and music from my PC using this product. The product does an excellent job doing all of the above. I give it 5 stars.
