The Zing Standard Zoom SLR Reversible Cover (Blue) is a one-piece, wrap-around neoprene cover that stretches over the lens and self-secures without buckles, snaps or zippers. The built-in leash clips to your camera strap to hang the cover while shooting. The extended flaps wrap around the lens with touch fastener material to secure the cover around the camera. Comments about Zing Designs Standard SLR Zoom Cover (Blue):
The cover works with my D3100 and 55-200mm lens just fine. The velcro strap wraps around the lens and holds the cover on pretty well. It is a streachy tight fit, but covers the camera pretty well. I felt comfortable with a light mist that the camera was still protected.
I would say for me I've had to get used to taking the cover off and putting it on. The cover is snug. And the attachment to keep the cover with the neck strap is not easy to attach and detach. But it is nice to have.

wrestle a little bit to get canon slr with zoom 55-250 in and out of it, but not too bad. using it as protection for camera and lens within small daypack.

Comments about Zing Designs Standard SLR Zoom Cover (Blue):
Bought this for my new Canon T2i with a 18-135mm lens. A little bit of pushing and stretching was required at first, but after that it fit just fine. The Zing cover that fit my old Canon EOS 300D with a standard 18-55mm lens was too large for the T2i body and too short for the longer lens.
These covers are great for cushioning a camera in your carry-on bag when traveling, and offer some protection during bad weather
I like the velcro closure under the lens which makes it easier to get off and on, and that it can be dangled from the camera strap by a hook or easily shoved into a bag or pocket until needed. Also, the color is a much darker blue than it looks online. I had planned to turn it to the black side, but found it unnecessary. I'm very happy with this product.

Comments about Zing Designs Standard SLR Zoom Cover (Blue):
excellent for protecting smallish DSLR with large lens within another bag. Velcro around lens doesn't seem as durable as the velcro-less design of the non-zoom Zing covers, but does accommodate much longer lenses.

I use this product to cover my Canon EOS XTi. Instead of lugging my hard case for this camera on my shoots, I use my new Zing cover and place it into my back pack. It protects against scratches. I like it.

Comments about Zing Designs Standard SLR Zoom Cover (Blue):
I recently bought a Canon T2i, but have no camera bag. I was leaving for a cruise to Alaska, and really needed protection for my new toy. I came across the cases, but didn't like any of them. Then the neoprene section came up, and I made a list of several to look at in-store. I had actually chosen a different cover, but once I saw them all, I felt this one would give better overall protection.
In the field, I was very happy. It fits the kit lens easily, and was just a bit snug on the 70-300mm lens I rented. (Nature is far away sometimes.) It comes with a short (4-5") clip-on strap, so you can attach the cover to the camera strap. I preferred taking it off completely. It WAS windy where we were.
As I stated in the title, this cover performs very well. The only real drawback is that it looks kind of silly. Especially with the kit lens. But I wanted function, not form. This does the job.
I like the color, but it is reversible to black.

Comments about Zing Designs Standard SLR Zoom Cover (Blue):
The cover itself is very easy to use and seems to give some basic protection to the camera overall. The only problem is that I have a Canon 20D with the battery grip, which adds several inches to the camera body itself. Unfortunately, the cover does not even come close to fitting over that.
So, if you are looking at getting this for anything other then a basic body and medium sized zoom lens, look elsewhere. I think I will just get a small case for the unit I have.
