Believe it or not, this is our first "big screen" HDTV. Even though 37" isn't all that big, it's big to us. We were expecting a 50 page owner's manual... what we got with the TV was a DVD owner's manual, which we have yet to take a look at. This LG LED TV is very intuitive to learn and use. We are lucky to have a 9-year old IT guy in our family, who made it all the easier.
Great picture quality, nice dark blacks, color that is easy to balance to your liking... it's everything that I would expect from the LG brand, and more.
Even though the shipping package came with a few bumps and bruises, the TV inside was unscathed, thanks to the extra packing protection provided by B&H's shipping department... a nice extra touch of protection.
I would highly recommend this model of HDTV, and B&H as the vendor or choice.
