I use this as a replacement bag for lens storage while I'm not using the lens, both at home and while traveling. It's the perfect height for my Nikon 18-55mm zoom lens, which is 4 1/4in tall.

The soft neoprene material is lightweight and thick enough to provide some protection from scratches and dings, but I wouldn't suggest dropping it with anything fragile inside.

The bag is well-made, and the webbing loop built into the side of it seems quite sturdy. The plastic snap hook inspires somewhat less confidence by the look of it, but I'd guess it's probably sturdy enough for light to medium use.

The bottom of the bag is not flat, so when using with a camera lens, you need to be careful about setting it down on a flat surface. But for this price, I'll happily live with that!

I purchased this product for a Canon D10 underwater digital Camera. I was looking for a bag that would not ruin if it got wet, was in the sun or on the beach. This bag is small and has a draw string to pull the pouch closed. It also has a clip attached to the bag that makes it easily attachable to a backpack, messenger briefcase or belt loops. It's small, compact, soft and inexpensive. It is not crush proof so I would not recommend it for a camera or equipment that is not too rugged. The Canon D10 is waterproof and shockproof so this was a perfect fit to protect it from scratches and other dings, while providing it with a protective carrying case. For the Price you cannot go wrong.

I bought this product to protect a Nikkor 50 mm lens whilst in my camera bag and this Pouch fulfills this purpose perfectly. The Zing Pouch is well constructed of lightweight and strong neoprene material, it provides a comfortable fit for a 50 mm lens and fits unobtrusively into a camera bag. It represents excellent value for money. A highly recommended product.
