The Rycote 037323 Microphone Stereo Bar 15.75"(40 cm) is a microphone boom, ideal for mounting microphone pairs for A-B, XY or ORTF stereo recordings, and supports microphones having a 3/8" (0.95cm) and 5/8" (0.62cm) thread.
You can adjust the microphone spacing and angle adjustments with the stereo bar. You can also configure the 2” (5 cm) graduations on the boom and angle graduations. Adjusting the microphone position according to your comfort is easy owing to the presence of 2 brass mounting points 3/8” (0.95 cm) that can be slid up and down the bar.
You can use any microphone clamp or suspension with 3/8" (0.95cm) thread in combination with the stereo bar. Also provided with the 15.75"(40 cm) stereo bar is a spacer that facilitates XY and ORTF stereo setup.
