The STI Stereo Transformer Interface from Peavey is a compact stereo audio transformer that allows you to convert audio signals and share them through multiple outputs. The unit has a durable metal chassis that contains a pair of isolation transformers to ensure maximum signal integrity.
The 3.5mm stereo input jack lets you connect MP3 players, CD players, laptops, and any other devices that have a standard 3.5mm output. The transformer offers left and right balanced mic-level XLR outputs with a volume control, as well as left and right line-level 1/4" TRS outputs. These connectors allow you to send audio to a variety of speakers, mixers, recorders, and other devices. A ground-lift switch lets you eliminate hum caused by ground loops.
