Logitech Alert 750i Master System (Indoor)
The Logitech Alert 750i Master System (Indoor), an independent camera with Commander software and network adaptor, allows you to add more cameras to its network. Offering a resolution up to 960 x 720 pixels @ 15fps frame speed, it helps you to recognize people and objects.
HomePlug networking technology allows you to use your existing electrical wiring and outlets for networking and transmitting video data, thereby eliminating any need for extra wiring. The 750i add-on camera comes bundled with a desktop stand, a wall mount, and a suction cup, offering versatile mounting options.
Motion-triggered recording feature can start recording when the camera detects motion. The Alert 750i master camera can be set to alert you on your mobile or by emails when motion is detected. For more precise motion detection and less false alarms, the add-on camera features up to 16 programmable motion-detection zones.
When connected to a PC, the camera feed can be automatically recorded and archived in the computer’s hard disk. However, you can use a microSD/SDHC card to record video even when your PC is turned off. The included 2GB card allows you to record approximately a week’s video footage. A built-in microphone allows the 750i add-on camera to record audio.
Logitech’s secure site allows you to watch live camera feeds from an Internet-connected computer from anywhere in the world. Free mobile apps from the manufacturer allow you to view the feeds on your iPhone/Blackberry/Android enabled mobile phones. Videos can also be watched on Google TV systems free of cost. The expandable CCTV network allows connecting up to 6 cameras.

I am and still a user of the old Wilife system, but decided to try out The Logitech Alert 750i Master System (Indoor). All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!! This sure is a great improvement from the old system, and still easy to set up. What else can I say..still no major cables to run.

This camera is called a wired wireless surveillance camera, meaning that you do not need to run new wires in the house to operate it. It converts your existing electrical outlet into a network line, and so it is a wired system, with all the convinience, security and speed that comes with it. Once the software is installed and the firmware is updated, the system works flawlessly. The picture is Hi-Def and very clear. However, this camera does not have a Night Vision feature. The mobile monitoring is not available for the Windows mobile operating system, but works great with the iOS and Android phones. There is a monthly subscription fee for internet & mobile phone control of the cameras, but unlimited internet & mobile phone viewing feature is free. I will most likely install additional units in the near future since this system works so well. Very Highly Recommended!
