International orders*The Wireless N ADSL Modem Router from Actiontec is a DSL modem with a built-in 802.11n wireless router. It is compatible with ISPs that provide ADSL service, and gives you an all-in-one solution to connect to the Internet and share the connection among the computers in your home.
The router features four LAN ports for wired device connectivity. Its 802.11n Wi-Fi signal is backwards compatible with 802.11b and 802.11g devices. A built-in firewall protects your computer against attacks that can originate on the Internet, and support for wireless encryption protects your network from attacks from computers within its wireless coverage range.
The router automatically configures itself -- just connect it to your network and open a web browser. It supports TR-069 and remote management, making it a great option for Internet Service Providers -- these technologies allow technicians to assist end-users with troubleshooting. The router can be configured by Windows and Mac systems alike.

Comments about Actiontec Wireless N ADSL Modem Router:
This Modem is just waste...it loses connection at regular intervals...no pattern or nothing... anytime you can expect this and only way to get connection is to reset or unplug the modem ...wait for 10 mins to get connection....on a average it drops 10 - 15 times a day and you can imagine the pain involved in doing the resets. ....
Called customer team and complained, as usual the same answer to upgrade, re install...blag blag and finally it went to escalation team...received a RMA by spending 11$ in return shipment and guess what the received product is lot more worse, it drops 30 times a day... ... i regret my decision of this brought...DONT EVERY think of buying this product, unless you have all the time in world to keep resetting or talking to customer service team of action tec day and night....
Update - Its lot worse now and its resets itself every 30 mins...what a waste of time.....and waste of money.... the tech support is claims that it is defective as well...what the ????? how can they make defective products every time????? *******Just don't BUY***************

Comments about Actiontec Wireless N ADSL Modem Router:
I have been renting my modem from the phone company for YEARS, at $8 per month. It was more expensive in only 10 months than the entire expense of this modem. Dumb, dumb, dumb. This seems like so much a better deal...

Comments about Actiontec Wireless N ADSL Modem Router:
I did a lot of research before purchasing this item as I was looking for quality at a competitive price. I use this product with my Dell Dimension E310 and my Dell laptop. Easy to follow setup directions. The signal to my laptop is strong. I rec'd the product....very well packaged.... less than a day after ordering it. Terrific B&H customer service.

Comments about Actiontec Wireless N ADSL Modem Router:
The interface should prompt for higher security. WEP is the least secure. WPA 2 is the way to go. I don't know why such a setting is even offered since my 13 year old can crack WEP in 10 minutes

Comments about Actiontec Wireless N ADSL Modem Router:
Actiontec modems are almost self installing if you follow the easy directions. Within 10 minutes of receiving the modem/router I was up and running at a speed much faster than with the previous modem. I do recommend "N" ethernet cables or wireless...work great.

I am using this router/modem with Sprint DSL. It installs itself and is ready to go in about one minute.
