Built specifically for the field, the Panasonic Toughbook 64GB Toughbook 10.4" H1 Field Tablet PC (Silver) features a magnesium alloy internal frame that is military tested and certified. The tablet features a Genuine Windows 7 Professional Operating System, which is powered by an Intel Atom Z540 1.86GHz Processor. It has 2GB of internal SDRAM DDR2 memory and features 64GB of storage space on a reinforced flex-connected solid state drive.

The durable 10.4" display is a dual-touch screen with XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. The 500 nit LCD brightness and circular polarizer with anti-glare/anti-reflective screen treatments makes the display viewable in intense sunlight. The H1 also features an integrated speaker and is Intel high-definition audio compliant. The virtual keyboard has 74-keys, a dedicated Windows key, and up to 5 user-defined programmable buttons. In order to make typing faster in the field, the Toughbook has an integrated stylus holder with stylus for writing emails, making drawings and surfing the Internet.

The H1 is designed for total wireless connectivity. It features Intel's Wireless WiFi Link 5100 802.11 a/b/g/n for connecting to the Internet from a wireless network or WiFi hot-spot. It also supports Bluetooth V 2.1 + EDR (Class 1) technology, which affords wireless connection between Bluetooth-enabled devices including tactile keyboards and mice. The H1 also promotes wireless operation and ultra-portability by coming equipped with twin hot-swappable rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs. This doubles your time between charges and lets you remain mobile or in-the-field up to 12 hours.

To ensure that your Toughbook H1 is dependable and protected, Panasonic affords password security and provides a TPM security chip v.1.2, as well as a Computrace theft protection agent in BIOS. Plus, the Toughbook H1 Tablet is designed with a reinforced flex-connect SSD, reinforced locking port covers, and it comes with an integrated handle and hand strap for securing the tablet to your hand while in-the-field. When you do get back to the office, the H1 features Panasonic's standard dock connector for connection to an optional dock with enhanced connectivity features including multiple USB 2.0 ports and an HDMI terminal.
