I must say I was somewhat skeptical about these not because jvc was a corny company, in fact they always made decent headphones. No skeptical only because of all the hype surrounding these new companies who claim to sell "great" headphones. I have been listening to my music thru a multitude of earphones, from Dre. Beats to skull candy, senhieser to Bose. And none can compete with level of low end theses ear buds produce. The highs and miss are good, not great out of the box( I'll explain in a sec). The volume is extremely loud AND very clear! The low end is bone jarring! You can FEEL IT!!! When used in conjunction w/a sound processor like beats audio or dsp manager on the Android phones the miss and highs take on a whole new meaning!!! These trump a lot of earphones 10x the price. And yes we have a quite a few in our home. No comparison!!!A must own set of ear buds. Great quality and very thick cord and VERY RUGGED!!!! Will buy another set and sell my beats on online. WAYYYY BETTER THAN THE MORE EXPENSIVE SETS OUT TODAY!!!
