Lensbaby Creative Aperture Kit 2
The Lensbaby Creative Aperture Kit 2 is a set of aperture disks that gives you creative control over the shape of the spherical highlights in your Lensbaby photos. The kit contains include one of each of the following: birds, diamonds, dripsplat, heart, slots, star, swirly, sunburst and whirlpool. The Creative Aperture Kit 2 is compatible with the Lensbaby Double Glass, Single Glass, Plastic and Soft Focus Optics. By using these disks, points of light in out-of-focus areas of the photo take on the same shape as the center opening of the aperture disk. For instance, with the star aperture, points of light behind the subject appear as glowing stars.

- Apertures drop into the front of the Lensbaby lens
- Kit includes one of each shaped aperture: birds, diamonds, dripsplat, heart, slots, star, swirly, sunburst and whirlpool
- Blank disks can be fashioned into your own custom-shaped apertures by using a shaped paper punch (sold at craft stores) or a sharp knife.
- Made out of the same metalicized plastic as regular Lensbaby 2.0 and Lensbaby 3G aperture disks.

I'm a total Lensbaby addict, and these new creative aperatures are fantastic! It does take some practice to get them to work right, but once you have the eye for what you're doing they're amazing. They're great for people like me, who are too lazy to cut their own aps from the blanks that come with the other kit.
