I use this to preiodically back up my content. It does tjis quickly with just a couple of mouse clicks. It would be really nice if daisk imaging software was included. If you don't have a version of Windows that includes disk imaging, you'll need to get Laplink or some thing similar to accomplish that chore.

Very easy to use. I started up the SimpleSave software, designated which folders to backup and the hard drive did it's thing. I always keep the hard drive attached to my computer, it's like a live backup. As soon as I change a file in one of the designated backup folders, it gets transferred to the hard drive.
This is the second one I have, one at home, the second at the office.
The only negative is that the SimpleSave software won't backup up networked drives. You can back them up manually though.

I had to install the power adapter into a power strip so that when I secured my computer at night power is removed. Otherwise it would hang up and not be recogonized by the USB port. Now it seems to be OK, I am using windows 7 (64).
