I purchased this printer because I want a laser printer with fax function. It happened that B&H was having $50 discount on the item thus I decided to purchase it. So far, I had no problem with it. It took me awhile to figure out how to operate scan/fax functions. They did the job fine. For [$] with free shipping, what else are you asking!

We are using this for our accounting department at our small business of 13. The scan quality is perfect for our needs, fast, and the printing speed is just what we were looking for. The only trouble we had was when we first set it up, it would only print the first page of multiple page documents but that has since been resolved. Highly recommended for home/small business use with high volume printing.
