Comments about Denon AVR-1912 7.1-Channel Network Streaming AV Receiver:
I am no techy, so set up was a little daunting, but the printed instructions get you going and after I printed pages from the CD ROM everything came together. This is my first surround sound set up, I am driving a Energy veritas 5.1 speaker system and everything sounds good. I have only scratched the surface of all the features but with some research I hope to master most of them. I would recommend this receiver.

Comments about Denon AVR-1912 7.1-Channel Network Streaming AV Receiver:
This AV Receiver has met all my expectations and needs and at a price that was 100s under what I was willing to pay. I was looking specifically for an AV Receiver upgrade that would connect to an existing system and be in the position to expand to all HDMI connections in the future. So far it has met the mail. It was simple to set up and connect to everything. The sound is just amazing. 30 year old Klipsch speakers have come alive and shown addition dimension that I forgot they had. Airplay has added a whole new dimension to fun. So far, I can not find any fault in this Receiver.

Comments about Denon AVR-1912 7.1-Channel Network Streaming AV Receiver:
I needed a simple to use, powerful, 'modern' AV receiver to replace an aging setup. I really wanted AirPlay support, and a good pile of HDMI ports for all the gear that now uses that interface. I liked that the Denon had plenty of power, a very easy to use on screen display (OSD), and supports internet radio and automatic firmware updates right out of the box. It fit right in my rack, and has a nice clean, modern look to it. 'Night' mode (DRC) was a nice plus with the young ones sleeping now. It's not the best receiver Denon makes, but it seemed better than other brands at this price point, and fit in my budget. I've already received two firmware updates, so I know Denon takes (at least for now) support seriously. I recommend this unit.

Comments about Denon AVR-1912 7.1-Channel Network Streaming AV Receiver:
I will be using this installed in a club house to feed bluray, streaming video, PC video , powerpoints and MP3 audio to a 70 inch LCD and speaker system. It's a bit overwelming with al the features but once you get into the system and work with it a while it is fairly easy to set up. Both audio and video outputs are great.

Comments about Denon AVR-1912 7.1-Channel Network Streaming AV Receiver:
Great product for my personal use. If your current system is 3 to 5 years old, you're missing out on the latest and greatest technology. The HDMI connectivity replaced numerous Monster Cables. Go ahead and purchase the Monster HDMI cables to complete the package/experience. Don't rely on the quick setup "paper-based" instructions. Take the time to read up on the full setup instructions supplied on the CD or online. Not crazy about the Ethernet hard-wire internet connectivity. A wireless connection would be more convenient; hence, I just use my Roku or BlueRay wireless for internet access. Overall, a great buy!

Comments about Denon AVR-1912 7.1-Channel Network Streaming AV Receiver:
After auto setting up my 5.1 channel BandW speakers, i thought I was listening to a new set of speakers. Wow! the sound is so alive and clear.
I reconnected all my gears to the HDMI input of Denon's AVR 1912 - Blu Ray,
Sat/cable, DVR, Media Player, up-converting 400 disc DVD changer, 1 input to spare. It just simplifies things and remove all the clutter of wires in my A/V cabinet. Fantastic simplicity. The airplay was just fantastic- it accessed my 6 days of music.
This is a great upgrade!!!
