The Vitek VT-ACS01/KT Audio Surveillance Kit with Discreet Microphone is an audio control station with a built-in 3” (7.62 cm) speaker, and allows you to monitor live audio and playback. An omni-directional, brushed aluminum, button-style condenser microphone picks up sound within a diameter of 50’ (15.24 m). The audio surveillance kit features sensitivity of up to -30dB, and a built-in filter circuit reduces noise and offers enhanced clarity of sound.
In addition to surveillance, the VT-ACS01/KT kit allows you to record audio on to external DVRs or audio recorders supporting a line input. A microphone can be installed up to 2000’ (609.6 cm) from the base station by using an optional 22awg shielded microphone wire (not included). The weather-resistant audio surveillance kit is usable indoors as well as outdoors, and comes with a 3’ (91.44 cm) dual RCA audio cable, an audio warning decal, and a 12VDC power supply.
