Comments about Harman Kardon Bridge IIIP Docking Station:
B&H bent over backward to clear up my compatibility problem. Now I am fully satisfied. Great item. I can control with my HK remote from the comfort of my chair. I was hoping that I could start random play from remote but not a big issue. Now I will have to upgrade the sound quality of my digital library. (which I have been meaning to do anyway) I would definitely recommend B&H to anyone who will listen. Huge inventory and outstanding customer service.

Comments about Harman Kardon Bridge IIIP Docking Station:
I bought this docking station to connect to my Harman-Kardon BDS 2 reciever. I wanted a station that will charge my iPod and also work well with the reciever to play my music through this system.
I do think the Bridge docking station looks good, a bit different sytling from the typical square block, a nice touch. Once the correct insert is installed for the iPod device you are using, it was a matter of plugging it into my HK BDS reciever and listening to music.
Accessing music through the BDS is a bit cumbersome and maybe not as good as some of the more upscale HK recievers, but this not a fault of the Bridge.
One slightly negative comment I could make about the Bridge is that I do wish it was weighted or a bit heavier, as the cable coming out from the back of the unit is quite stiff and tended to make the dock not sit flat on it's surface. Minor inconvenience though.
All in all, a good product that does what it was designed to do, no apparent glitches, the unit works as designed, and a nice looking dock at that. Well done HK!
