You can use the computer in a standard configuration, controlling it via the keyboard and trackpad as you would any other notebook. The screen rotates 180° and folds flat to facilitate tablet use. A suite of touch-aware applications are included, allowing you to get the most out of the system.
The computer is powered by a dual-core Intel Atom N570 CPU running at 1.66GHz. It boasts 1GB of RAM, a 250GB 5400rpm hard drive, 802.11n Wi-Fi, an integrated webcam, and an SD card reader. Because SD cards are easily swappable, this gives you the ability to purchase additional cards as your storage needs increase. Of course, ASUS also gives you 500GB of online storage with the purchase of the computer, perfect for backup of crucial files. Windows 7 Starter (32-bit) is the installed operating system.

We use this Netbook for a handy computer if you don't want to be tied to a desktop. It seems to be sturdy and well built. The flip screen is great. We turn it into a tablet and use the touch screen feature a lot. Very compact and handy.
The only thing you need to remember is that if you want to use the touch screen you will have to update windows to Home Premium for a small fee.
