Carson PO-55 MiniBrite Pocket Magnifier
The PO-55 MiniBrite Okcet Magnifier from Carson Optical is small, inexpensive pocket viewer that can help make reading everyday small items much easier. The slide-out lens is guarded by a protective plastic sleeve and illuminated by a bright LED light powered by three "AAA" batteries (not included). The lens produces a bright distortion-free image. When not used, collapse it and stuff it your shirt pocket. It's lightweight, easy to use and very functional.

It magnifies well, but the field of vision is so small that reading a book or newspaer isn't easy. The glass has to be moved back and forth too much.
