Equipped with dual 2" full-range neodymium drivers, the take-anywhere Altec Lansing IMT325 inMotion Compact Portable Speaker System for iPhone & iPod combines portability and power with a stylish modern aesthetic. The single universal iPod/iPhone dock is centrally located and compatible with several iPods, the iPhone, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS; it even pauses the music when your iPhone receives a call. It also charges your iPod/iPhone when docked or playing. For connecting alternate MP3 players, portable DVD/CD players and laptops, the inMotion Compact features an auxiliary 3.5 mm line-in audio jack.

We use this in our motor home and in the home during the remodeling. It has a great sound for something so compact. One great feature is that it runs on batteries as well as A/C. Somehow we miss placed our first one so we decided to purchase a replacement.

Excellent sound quality, really portable, the batteries last for 6 to 7 hours (in my case), and there's the cover/stand, which when flipped protects the set. Not recommended for outdoor uses, as the unit is not that powerful. Anyway, I recommend it!
