International orders*The Cambo Cirus HDSLR Offset Rig is fully customizable, owing to the presence of individual Cambo video components. You can easily modify the rig configuration to suit your application.
With an adjustable camera position along the x and y axes, you can achieve an optimum viewing position irrespective of whether you are using a loupe or a direct view on the DSLR monitor. You can also enhance the capabilities of the Cirus rig by using it with any follow focus unit or matte box. In these configurations stability of the rig is ensured by centering its weight on the handle axis.
Included with the rig is the CSMFC-1 Follow Focus that attaches directly to the 15mm Lightweight Support via a quick-lock clamper. A flexible gear ring supports any lens with a 1.57 - 3.93" (40 - 500 mm) diameter focus barrel. You can reverse the rotation direction of the CSMFC-1 to accommodate the inverse focus direction of the DSLR lenses.
Unwanted lens flares are blocked and prevented from reaching the lens via the CS-M100 Matte Box. Integrating an adjustable design, the matte box provides optimum shading for any focal length. You can attach the hood directly to the bars system at the front of the lens. Supporting wide angle lenses with 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios, the hood features a wide design that eliminates unnecessary vignettes. You can fold the hood, thereby minimizing space during transportation.
You can easily adjust the distance between the optical center of the lens and the iris rods, thereby rendering the Cirus rig suitable for use with different cameras. By turning the CS-153 clamp upside down, you can lower the camera mount and use it with a battery pack.
