Comments about 16x9 Inc. Wise 32GB S2 SXS Express Media Card:
Great idea...but will not work with older EX1 video cameras without updating the drivers. It is best to allow Sony to do this procedure...you are looking at $280 plus shipping extra. Not such a great deal.

Comments about 16x9 Inc. Wise 32GB S2 SXS Express Media Card:
I purchased 10 of these cards for 3 EX3 packages. I have used all of them without any issue, they run the same as the more expensive Sony cards. I can't attest to the cards reliability after 10,000 writes and rewrites, but for now it seems like a great alternative.
The added usb port is great for work in the field when you don't have a card reader, this feature was not one I originally considered but already it has proven useful.
One thing that isn't really a con, just a note. The cards themselves have blue led lights which are bright. If you don't want to see this light, a small piece of tape takes care of it. The normal SxS Sony cards do not have this LED.

Comments about 16x9 Inc. Wise 32GB S2 SXS Express Media Card:
I use this card with a first generation Sony PMW-EX1. Though it doesn't say it in the description, you MUST update the camera's firmware of an older EX1 to the latest version in order for the camera to recognize the card. Sony has made this easy with their "Version Up" software for Mac and PC. The card is fast and reliable. With its built-in USB port, you don't need your camera or an adapter to access the data. Because of this, you can also use it as an extremely fast USB drive for transferring large amounts of data quickly...much faster than a thumb drive.
