Axis Communications M1011-W Fixed Network Camera (10-Pack)

The Axis Communications M1011-W Fixed Network Camera (10-Pack), with a 1/4” progressive scan RGB CMOS imager and a 4.4mm fixed iris lens, delivers high-quality images at a resolution up to 640 x 480 (VGA). It offers both wired and wireless connection to the network and supports individually configurable multiple H.264 and Motion JPEG as well as MPEG-4 Part 2 video streams at up to 30fps.

By significantly reducing the bit rate, the M1011-W Fixed Network Camera (10-Pack) helps in optimizing the bandwidth and storage requirements without compromising the image quality. Password Protection restricts access to unauthorized persons and IP filtering restricts access to 1 or more user groups. User groups can be created with an IP address range being defined for each group.

Supporting HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol over SSL), which protects streaming data transmission across the network, it also supports preserved performance, IPv6 and Quality of Service. With support for ONVIF, the device easily integrates with other ONVIF-conformant network video products, thus offering increased flexibility and reduced cost. The M1011-W Fixed Network Camera (10-Pack) includes features such as Privacy Masking, Text and Image Overlay, White Balance, Exposure Control, Exposure Zones, Backlight Compensation, and Mirroring of Images.

With Tamper Detection, the M1011-W Fixed Network Camera (10-Pack) camera detects and responds when it is redirected, blocked, defocused, or spray-printed, which is suitable for tampering-prone places such as transportation stations and prisons. Other intelligent video capabilities include video motion detection. The included VAPIX from Axis Communications is an open API (Application Programming Interface) for software integration and it supports Axis Video Hosting System (AVHS) with 1-click camera connection.
