The Atlona AT-HD4-V40SRS HDMI Extender with 3D Support is an HDMI extender kit, which extends transmission distance up to 130’ (40m) for 1080p and up to 200’ (60m) for 1080i/720p resolution video signals. With a high transfer rate of 6.75Gbps, the kit offers support for all 3D formats and supports audio formats such as Dolby True HD, DTS-master, etc. It allows you to control the source from a remote location or vice-versa owing to the bi-directional IR pass-through, and also supports Control4, RTI, HAI, or any other control systems.
The transmitter converts the HDMI signals with IR for transfer on an RJ45 cable, while the receiver converts the signal back to HDMI with IR. With 8-step equalization control, the receiver module allows you to adjust the strength of the signal ensuring an optimized transmission. Including 7 embedded EDID functions, the extender kit features a learning EDID, which avoids compatibility issues with connected displays. It supports VESA DDC and hot-plug detect, and is HDCP compatible and can be made DVI 1.0 compatible when used with a DVI/HDMI adaptor. In addition, the extender can be wall-mounted and can be cascaded to further extend transmission distances.
